With over 8 years of teaching experience I continue deepening my knowledge through various trainings.
I love what I do, but more than anything, I love witnessing the gentle transformations that unfolds in the people I work with. Less tension, better reactions to stress, improved sleep. My aim is to offer you space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with that part of yourself that feels tired. Together, we can explore and tailor your practice to what you need in this season of your life.
I’m Paula,
Originally from Poland, I moved to Edinburgh nearly 18 years ago and I’am grateful to now call it home. Yoga isn’t the magic medicine for life’s chaos. But it can be a part of the toolkit that helps to navigate it. It has been a steady companion for me through my own burnout, depression & grief… helping me stay grounded and navigate an often busy, restless mind.
I offer inclusive, accessible and trauma informed classes focusing on nourishing practices such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
We’re all different and I believe there should be space for that in our yoga, movement and rest practices.
When I teach, I do my best to encourage you to listen to your body first, and my guidance second. What matters most to me is helping you build a practice rooted in awareness of your own needs, abilities, and limits - rather than the appearance of the poses.
I aim to create a space free from pressure
and judgment, where you can move at your own pace and develop a practice that truly supports you in any given phase of your life.
