I’m a polish/english speaking Yoga, Meditation & Rest Teacher based in Edinburgh, Scotland. We are all different and I believe that there should be space for that in our movement practices. During classes I’m encouraging you to listen to your own body first and to my instructions second. Building a practice that’s based on awareness around your needs, abilities and restrictions rather than aesthetics of the poses is what matters to me most! I like to create a pressure and judgment free environment for all my students so you can go at a pace that suits you and build a practice that serves you.
