Hi, I’m Paula

I’m a polish/english speaking Yoga, Meditation & Rest Teacher based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I would love to help you find a slower pace of life so you can stay healthy but also find more space in our life for softness, play and real joy. Let’s explore the strength that can only be found in softness. Yoga isn’t just for bendy people.

We are all different and I believe that there should be space for that in our movement practices. During classes I’m encouraging you to listen to your own body first and to my instructions second. Building a practice that’s based on awareness around your needs, abilities and restrictions rather than aesthetics of the poses is what matters to me most! I like to create a pressure and judgment free environment for all my students so you can go at a pace that suits you and build a practice that serves you.
