Yoga class should be a place that will encourage you to feel enough as you are not try to change you to fit into a certain shape. In my classes I do my best to create a no judgment and pressure free environment so you can find what works for you. It’s important that your body can release from the daily stress and tension and learn how to rest and recover to balance out the overstimulated nervous system. Yoga class shouldn’t cause you more stress it should help you release it.
For me it’s all about creating space where we can explore what works and what we and our bodies need on a given moment which might be different each day. Learning to adjust your practice to your body and not the other way around is what I aim for you to take away from our time together on the mat. Creating space to slow down the crazy pace and release the external expectations and pressure.
my story
I’ve been practising yoga for over 14 years now, but my true yoga journey started back in 2016 after unexpectedly losing my son Leon. Dealing with so much physical and emotional trauma, unable to take part in any strong physical classes, I decided to try gentler types of yoga. Feeling completely disconnected from my body, with so many restrictions post surgeries and a very anxious mind these practices slowly guided me back. This is how I started to experience that yoga is so much more than just some fancy poses we can get ourselves into. It’s our mindset. It’s compassion we hold for ourselves. It’s transformative! Since I’ve been on this journey I feel like I have grown every single day. Gaining flexibility, stronger body, so much perspective and compassion and a community of beautiful likeminded people!
That’s why I want to share it with others - so you can benefit from it too.
My goal is to make classes more approachable and accessible by creating a pressure and judgment free zone for all.

my mission
I love introducing people to slower practices such as Yin Yoga Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra. Slowing down is just as important as movement in balancing the crazy pace of current life styles and stress. Yoga & conscious rest has been a great tool for me to cope with stress and burnout and it makes me incredibly happy to know that many of my clients now also find refuge in learning that slower pace of life through their yoga and rest practice. I’m passionate about creating that safe nook for all people and I would like for everyone to feel like they belong in my yoga classes.
my training
I believe knowledge is power therefore when possible I try to attend workshops, webinars with other teachers and widen my horizon as a student and as a teacher.
I’m particularly interested in somatic response and how Yoga can help with anxiety and stress.
