Slow Down Sundays - online classes in March.

Practicing with me offers you a gentle invitation to slow down and deeply connect with yourself. In our sessions, we'll explore stillness through gentle yoga poses supported by props like blankets and bolsters ( or whatever you have in your home) along with breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system. These practices are accessible to everyone, with no complicated poses, and are conducted in a welcoming environment free from any pressure to look or feel a certain way.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, ready to rest.

When: Every Sunday in March ( 2.03, 9.03, 16.03, 23.03, 30.03 )
Where: Live on Zoom platform or on demand from recording
Pricing: £7.95 for single class or £30 for the whole 4 week block

This 5 week series is perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation and stress relief. Dedicated to everyone balancing busy lives, work, or caregiving and perhaps not having the time to make it to the studio or simply just wanting to practice at home.  It’s ideal for those experiencing burnout, anxiety, sleep disturbances, or physical tension, as well as anyone looking to support their emotional well-being and hormonal balance. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this series offers a nurturing and inclusive environment to unwind, restore your energy, and reconnect with your body’s natural healing rhythms. All from the comfort of your own home. Cats and dogs are very welcome!

How to book your spot?

Click the button and sign up to Momo Yoga. You might be asked to create an account if you don’t have one already. Buy your credit - and then go ahead to book your class from the schedule.

Please note: link to the live zoom class will be send out to you automatically 30mins before the class start time.

What to expect?

60min class will include a gentle stretch and slow body work (mainly lying down or seated) in poses supported by bolsters and blankets. This class will be a blend of Yin, restorative and Yoga Nidra as well as some gentle and optional breathwork. Beginning with some gentle stretches to release tension from the body and moving towards more settle poses that will help you rest and restore and get you ready for a good night sleep. 

You can join the class live on zoom or use the recording that will be send out to you the next day. Wear whatever feels comfortable and cosy. 

I highly recommend putting it in your diary and committing to having it scheduled to build a habit. This way you will notice the benefits of the practice more )
