    I’ve been going to Paula’s classes for a good few years now. Since 2018. Paula has a unique ability to create a safe nurturing joyful and supporting space for the participants in her classes. Yin yoga is now a part of my weekly practice and I can’t wait for Paula’s classes. She’s also super knowledgeable in the field of rest, yoga nidra, polyvagal theory and somatic experiencing. I’ve been to her retreat too and it was an amazing experience. I can’t express enough if how much I love Paula’s classes.
